What People Are Saying
Helping our patients look and feel their best is what makes our world go round. We love what we do and feedback like this makes it all the more special!
I’ve been seeing Cyndi now for about 2 years, and she’s the very best. Conservative in her approach, always natural results, and helpful with options/suggestions for other areas that have been bothering me. She’s also upfront about costs and what specials are available. Not to mention, she’s just a lovely person. Couldn’t recommend her more.
Love coming to Radiance. The entire staff is lovely and do amazing work. I would not trust my face with anyone but Radiance.
Radiance Rx is such a knowledgeable Aesthetics provider. They have the best staff and have always exceeded my expectations!
The staff is amazing and the services are fantastic. I have had several experiences including Jeuveau and lash lift/tint. They are honest with their guidance to enhance and/or correct your wants. Thank you!
I can't say enough good things about Radiance. Cyndi and Courtney have absolutely transformed my skin! Juli, Yaz, and Morgan simply add to the great experience that make it a comfortable and pleasant experience to come here. Thanks to the team for being so amazing!!!
An amazing place, nice professional team! Just love it 😍
I hadn't been since they remodeled, it is a beautiful welcoming front lobby. Girls at the desk are friendly and ready to help with all my questions. My nurse and PA were great. I was a little nervous and didn’t know quite what I wanted. PA was friendly and knew exactly what I needed, I was in and out in 30 minutes done! I’ll be back for sure!
I can’t say enough great things about Radiance Rx. I saw Lisa Dosa and she was wonderful. She is extremely thorough and explains everything. They also have great monthly specials. I highly recommend Radiance Rx.
I love this place! Great service and staff!! They never disappoint. Everyone should check them out! 😊
Great staff and variety of services. I am very pleased with the outcome.
First time for me at Radiance Rx Skin &Aesthetics in Pittsboro. Shayla was awesome. She talked with me about my skin concerns and wrinkles. She provided the best choices for me at this time. We will gradually see how things improve. I talked with her about the areas that were my greatest concerns and she listened to me very attentively. I will be definitely going back to see her and highly recommend her to others.
Had the best time at Radiance Rx , it was my first time here and I am in the new Pittsboro location! It’s so nice and Tolein is THE BEST! Definitely coming back!

Definitely one of the absolute best experiences I’ve had at med spas! I received a hydrafacial by Tolein who was super warm and welcoming - will be coming back to see her for dermaplaning next! I also got some Botox done with Shelby who has some of the lightest hands and made the experience comfortable and enjoyable!! Definitely recommend giving this MedSpa a shot, you will not be disappointed.
The BEST in the area for everything skin. Front desk staff is so friendly and all injectors and estheticians are wonderful and extremely knowledgeable.
Saw Shay for injectables and she’s the only one I will trust with my face going forward! I couldn’t be happier with my results. She was kind, easy to talk to, and clearly knows her stuff. She explained everything well, answered all my questions, and never rushed me. I felt really taken care of and left feeling way more confident.
Great med spa, Tolein provided an excellent service and was very skilled and detail oriented. Will be back again soon. Five stars!

Walked in and was able to request and received a skincare consultation to learn more about the services from Ashley! She was super helpful and gave me some great options for home skincare routine and facials. Look forward to coming in for more services!
This is by far my favorite medspa! From the moment I walked in, the front desk was very nice and welcoming. I received the most relaxing European facial from Tolein, she was very thorough and insightful and even helped pick out products that would be best suited for me. I will definitely be returning! I also received filler and Botox from shayala— she made the process very comforting and was super knowledgeable and answered any of my questions with ease. 10/10 experience and this will be my go to medspa for any of my future treatments!
Wendy and Shay took good care of me today. Such a lovely place and people.
This was one of THE best experiences. The front desk was welcoming and Ashley was amazing! I can't wait for my next appointment. I had the dermaplaning experience...awesome!
Today I experienced Shay’s magical facial artistry — Sculptra, Restylane Lyft for cheek definition, and Restylane Kysse for soft, natural lips. Her skill is extraordinary, but what truly sets Shay apart is her care. She has checked in on me multiple times today, ensuring not just beautiful results, but genuine comfort and support. This isn’t just aesthetic work — it’s service with soul. Shay brings both precision and heart to her craft, and it shows. Her peers and leadership should know: she exemplifies excellence.
I just got the most incredible facial done by Ashley Rorie! From the moment I walked in, I felt relaxed and pampered. The atmosphere was calming and Ashley was both knowledgeable and gentle. My face has never felt this clean, hydrated, and radiant! I left feeling refreshed, confident, and excited to come back for more!
Ashley Rorie was super thorough and very sweet!
