Our providers are the heart and soul of our practice, and they genuinely love helping patients look + feel their best. Complementing their passion for aesthetics, every clinician on our team is supervised by board-certified plastic surgeon, Dr. Peter Kreymerman and they are each highly trained in every procedure they perform!
Peter Kreymerman, MD, FACS
Dr. Peter Kreymerman (he goes by “Dr. K”) was raised in Cleveland, Ohio. He studied medicine at the University of Cincinnati. After completing his Medical Doctorate he moved back to Cleveland to pursue his general and plastic surgery residencies at the world famous Cleveland Clinic.
Dr. Kreymerman was recruited to the Mayo Clinic in Arizona where he became a tenured consultant and assistant professor; performing complex operations, teaching residents & medical students, and leading clinical research. He was twice recognized as a Mayo Scholar. He expanded his skill-set in complex breast surgery, advanced facial aesthetics, and in oculoplastics.
More recently Dr. Kreymerman relocated to Cary, NC with his wife and two children. He has quickly built a reputation as someone who provides excellent outcomes, has a strong aesthetic eye, and truly cares for his patients. He continues to educate future doctors and has an appointed position as an assistant professor of plastic surgery at Campbell University School of Osteopathic Medicine. He is a board certified plastic surgeon, a fellow of the American College of Surgeons, a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeon, and a member of the America Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. He has published numerous journals, chapters, is frequently asked to speak at conferences, and enjoys what he does.
Courtney
Originally from Pennsylvania, Courtney moved to North Carolina shortly after graduating from Duquesne University in 2013, where she received both her Bachelor of Science degree and Master’s of Physician Assistant Studies.
Courtney began her physician assistant career working in urgent care and internal medicine settings, however dermatology and aesthetic medicine have always been her passion. Her innate artistic eye and attention to detail provide a unique approach for how she assesses and treats patients. Since joining the Radiance Rx team in early 2018, Courtney strives to provide the best outcomes for both her medical and cosmetic patients by frequently devoting her time to continuing education and hands-on training opportunities. Her special interests include neuromodulators, performing procedures, management of acne, and medical grade skincare. Courtney loves the rewarding nature of her practice, which allows others to feel confident in their own skin.
In her free time, she enjoys creating art, traveling, and spending time with her husband and her golden retrievers.
Cyndi
Cynthia (“Cyndi”), PA-C was raised in Apex, NC. She graduated from Appalachian State University in 2009 with a B.S. in Chemistry. She went on to earn her Masters of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies in 2013 from Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. She spent four years working with a prestigious dermatology group in Boca Raton, FL before returning to NC in 2018. Cyndi specializes in the treatment of acne, psoriasis, eczema, and other disorders of the skin, hair, and nails. She is passionate about the early detection and treatment of skin cancer. She also enjoys using lasers and aesthetic treatments to help patients look and feel their best.
Lisa
Lisa graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She has worked in GYN surgery, pediatrics and as an OR circulating nurse in a plastic surgery practice prior to entering the world of aesthetic medicine in 2011.
Lisa has trained under some of the top injectors in the aesthetic medicine field and places a priority on continuing education. She is a certified ArqueDerma Practitioner and is currently one of only 25 Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialists (CANS) in the state of NC. Lisa has an attention to detail and a reputation of giving her patients natural looking results. She finds it rewarding to give her patients an improvement in their appearance that makes them feel more confident on the inside.
Lisa is married to her high school sweetheart and has four married children and a Weimaraner named Izzy. She’s foodie, enjoys Interior design, walks with Izzy and spending time with her family.
Monti
Monti was born and raised in North Carolina. She graduated from Miller Motte Technical College in 2008 and immediately knew she wanted to go into Medical Esthetics because it would give her the opportunity to truly make an impact on the health and appearance of patients’ skin. As Monti has honed her skills over the years with ongoing training and extensive experience, her passion for transformational skin care has only grown stronger.
While Monti loves delivering results for patients, she also believes it’s important to educate them. A large part of any successful skin care plan involves at-home daily regimens. Keeping this in mind, Monti helps patients identify the best products for their needs and provides guidance on how to most effectively use those products. She also takes time to explain in-office procedures and address any patient questions or concerns.
Outside of work, Monti enjoys spending quality time with her family, going to the beach, cooking/ baking, family game nights and yoga.
Makenzie
Makenzie was born and raised in the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina. After obtaining her associate degree in science, Makenzie attended Aveda Institute in Chapel Hill, where she honed her skills and deepened her understanding of skincare. Graduating with honors in January 2022, Makenzie began her career as an esthetician working at a spa where she connected with clients and helped them achieve their beauty goals.
Because her true aspiration has always been to become a medical esthetician, where she can combine her scientific knowledge with her passion for skincare to address more complex skin concerns, Makenzie continues to grow her knowledge of skin, skincare ingredients, and the latest procedures and to expand the range of services she offers. Her dedication ensures that she can provide her clients with the best possible experience and effective treatments tailored to their individual needs.
In her free time, Makenzie enjoys learning to play the piano, reading, spending time with friends, and visiting her family.
